Game crashes can be extremely frustrating, but there are ways to help avoid this!

  • Restart your phone and/or close some background apps. A lot of the time, crashes are caused by a lack of memory available on your device. Closing out additional apps and/or restarting your phone will help clear up memory and get your game running smoothly again!

  • Reduce TT2 memory usage by disabling some in-game animations. Simply go to Options > Graphics and select the animations you would like to disable.

  • If your game crashes due to an endlessly spinning loading circle, it is likely your connection. You can try switching between WiFi and mobile data to ensure you have a strong connection.

  • If you continue to experience issues with your game, you can try a fresh install. To do so, please follow these steps (NOTE: Reinstalling will require you to sign into your account again so be sure it is backed up before completing these steps!):

    • Prestige

    • Clear your TT2 app data and cache (Android only)

    • Reinstall TT2

    • Reimport your account (Options > Account > Import Account Progress)
